Anjou Pear Cocktail

Recipe & Method:

1 oz. VSOP Cognac
1 oz. French Pear-flavored Vodka
1 oz. Elderflower Liqueur
1Ž2 oz. Simple Syrup
1Ž2 oz. Lemon Juice

Using a jigger, measure out the ingredients into a Boston Shaker filled with ice. Shake hard and strain into a chilled Martini glass.
