Recipe & Method:

1 1/2 oz Cognac
1/4 oz Fernet Branca
1/2 oz Lemon
1/2 oz Honey
1 bar spoon house made fig jam

Combine all ingredients in a shaker, shake until cold, serve in a old fashion glass over one large square ice cube, garnish with a fig slice.
