  • 1.5 oz Cognac
  • 0.25 oz Yellow Chartreuse
  • 0.25 oz Averna
  • 0.5 oz lemon
  • 0.5 oz Simple Syrup
  • 2 Dashes Bitter Truth Old Time
  • Aromatic Bitters
  • 1 oz Stout

  • 0.25 oz Averna
  • 0.5 oz lemon
  • 0.5 oz Simple Syrup
  • 2 Dashes Bitter Truth Old Time
  • Aromatic Bitters
  • 1 oz Stout
Instructions
  1. Shake all ingredients (except for stout) with ice. Double strain into chilled double-rocks glass over ice. Top with stout. Garnish with an expressed grapefruit peel.
