Cognac Mint Julep

  • 2 oz Cognac
  • 8-10 sprigs of mint
  • 1 tsp sugar

Instructions
  1. Muddle the mint, sugar and a dash of water together. Add cognac and ice and shake until frosted. Pour into a Collins glass half filled with ice. Top with crushed ice, and garnish with a big sprig of mint and a short straw.
