- 2 oz VSOP Cognac
- 0.5 oz Homemade Peach Syrup
- 8-10 Mint Leaves
- 1 Cup of peaches add to a saucepan over medium heat
- 1 Cup of Turbinado sugar
- 1 Cup of water

Instructions
- Stir contents while breaking down peaches. Simmer until all sugar has dissolved and a good consistency is reached. Remove from heat, let cool. Strain off liquid into container. Add mint to Old Fashioned glass, gently press leaves. Add remaining ingredients. Add crushed ice and swizzle until outside of glass has frosted. Garnish with mint sprigs, a peach slice, and fresh berries.
