  • 2 oz Cognac
  • 1/4 oz Simple Syrup
  • 4 dashes Peychaud's Bitters
  • 1 dash Angostura bitters
  • Splash of Absinthe

  • 1/4 oz Simple Syrup
  • 4 dashes Peychaud's Bitters
  • 1 dash Angostura bitters
  • Splash of Absinthe
  • Lemon Twist
Instructions
  1. Chill a rocks glass. In a second glass, combine Sugar, bitters and Cognac. Stir until chilled. Empery the first glass and rinse with absinthe, pour the excess. Add ice if desired, then strain the chilled cognac mix into the first glass.
