- .5 oz Lemon juice
- .5 oz cane sugar syrup
- 5-6 ice cubes

Instructions
- Place the ice cubes in the shaker, pour in the Cognac, fresh lemon and cane sugar syrup. Close the shaker and shake well until frosted. Place a few ice cubes in the glass, pour in using a strainer
